Corporate Governance.

Corporate governance broadly refers to the mechanisms, processes and relations by which corporations are controlled and directed, that is, a system of rules, practices and processes that direct the Company.  It involves balancing the interests of the many stakeholders in a Company, these include, shareholders, management, customers, suppliers, financiers, government and the community.
